Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Sales Head to lead our SAP Business One sales division. This leadership role is pivotal in scaling business growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving strategic initiatives for SAP B1 implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in ERP solutions, particularly SAP B1, and have a strong background in managing sales pipelines, forecasting, partner management, and go-to-market execution.
Job Responsibilities
???? Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for SAP Business One.
- Set aggressive sales targets and develop robust plans to achieve them.
- Lead and mentor the SAP B1 sales team, ensuring consistent high performance and motivation.
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics across verticals and regions.
???? Market Development & Expansion
- Identify new market opportunities and industry verticals for SAP B1 expansion.
- Lead enterprise-level client engagements and foster C-level relationships.
- Develop partnerships and channel strategies with SAP and ISV/OEM partners.
???? Client & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and SAP summits.
- Maintain executive relationships with key accounts and ensure long-term growth.
???? Operational Excellence
- Oversee CRM utilization, sales forecasting, and sales pipeline reporting.
- Drive sales enablement activities, including onboarding, training, and product updates.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, legal, and operational frameworks in all deals.
