Sales Head - SAP Business One

Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Sales Head to lead our SAP Business One sales division. This leadership role is pivotal in scaling business growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving strategic initiatives for SAP B1 implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in ERP solutions, particularly SAP B1, and have a strong background in managing sales pipelines, forecasting, partner management, and go-to-market execution.

Job Responsibilities

???? Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for SAP Business One.
  • Set aggressive sales targets and develop robust plans to achieve them.
  • Lead and mentor the SAP B1 sales team, ensuring consistent high performance and motivation.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics across verticals and regions.

???? Market Development & Expansion

  • Identify new market opportunities and industry verticals for SAP B1 expansion.
  • Lead enterprise-level client engagements and foster C-level relationships.
  • Develop partnerships and channel strategies with SAP and ISV/OEM partners.

???? Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and SAP summits.
  • Maintain executive relationships with key accounts and ensure long-term growth.

???? Operational Excellence

  • Oversee CRM utilization, sales forecasting, and sales pipeline reporting.
  • Drive sales enablement activities, including onboarding, training, and product updates.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, legal, and operational frameworks in all deals.

Qualifications

???? Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
  • SAP B1 Sales or SAP-related certifications are an advantage.

???? Experience

  • 10+ years of ERP solution sales experience, with at least 5 years in SAP B1.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or head-of-sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and team development.

  • Deep understanding of SAP B1 features, licensing, and ecosystem.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities.
