Customer Service English Language Expert

Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated person to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our
main point of contact for our English speaking clients.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and
  • needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to better upsell
  • and cross-sell to clients
  • Client Relationship Management of B2B clients
  • Resolving customer queries through email, phone and chat communication
  • Order Processing in ERP System (SAP)
  • Process online orders and back orders
  • Provide support for marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skill in English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience is customer service and proven track record of receiving positive
  • customer service
  • Knowledge in SAP or any other ERP system would be an added advantage
