Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and certified IT Manager to oversee our organization's information security management system (ISMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards. The candidate will lead a team of IT professionals and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and mitigate potential security risks, establish security policies and procedures, and implement best practices for safeguarding our data and systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the organization's information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and assess potential security risks and develop strategies for mitigating those risks.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ensure that all employees are trained on security policies and procedures and maintain a high level of security awareness.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure that security measures are effectively implemented.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies and provide recommendations for improving the organization's security posture.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external security experts and vendors to ensure that the organization has access to the latest security technologies and best practices.
•  Experience on Office 365
• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure O365/Azure AD/AWS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
• ISO 27001 certification is required.
• Strong understanding of security technologies and best practices.
• Experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS is a plus.
