We’re looking for a dedicated Italian language expert to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact for our Italian clients.
Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Job Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management of B2B Italian clients
Resolving customer queries through email, phone and chat communication
Order Processing in ERP System(SAP)
Process online orders and back orders
Provide support for marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Excellent Communication skill in Italian Language - C1/C2 Level
Experience is customer service and proven track record of receiving positive customer service
Knowledge in SAP or any other ERP system would be an added advantage
