Job Description

EXPERIENCE : 5 years minimum experience in  presales and hardware support like laptops, desktops, Zebra bar code scanners, printer etc.

Objectives of this Role

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships 
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Job Responsibilities

• Providing Technical and Presales support for developing sales pipeline
• Presales activities like Requirement Gathering from customers for Hardware and Software sales
• Providing online presentation and demonstration of products like Zebra Barcode Products, HP and Dell laptops and other hardware/networking products to clients
• Providing Post sales customer support activities like Installation/Troubleshooting for hardware/networking products

Qualifications

• Prior hardware support experience for Zebra bar code scanners, printer etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
