Objectives of this Role
Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and need
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management of B2B German clients
Resolving customer queries through email, phone and chat communication
Order Processing in ERP System(SAP)
Process online orders and back orders
Provide support for marketing campaign
strong written and verbal communication skills in German Language (C1/C2 Level)
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
