Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Relationship manager to maintain our clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact for our German clients. Our ideal candidate will have a passion to provide exceptional customer service.

Objectives of this Role

 Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and need

  Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

 Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

  •  Client Relationship Management of B2B German clients

  •  Resolving customer queries through email, phone and chat communication

  •  Order Processing in ERP System(SAP)

  •  Process online orders and back orders

  •  Provide support for marketing campaign

Qualifications

  • strong written and verbal communication skills in German Language (C1/C2 Level) 

  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills 

  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
