Job Responsibilities
Design sales strategies and processes for the Sales team.
Manages employees' daily operations and performance.
Generates sales reports regarding the status of the department.
Maintains files systems and database of sales records.
Coordination with the Sales team and follow up on assigned customer leads and business prospects daily.
Maintain exceptional performance standards in customer satisfaction and closing customer leads.
Maintain open communication with management and team members.
Build a thorough working knowledge of products, consumer demand, market prices & brand compliance.
Hire, train, and develop other team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (business major preferred) along with five (5) year of sales / customer service or equivalent education.
Experience in using Salesforce or any other Sales software.
Outstanding written / verbal communication and computer skills. Including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365, Excel skills a plus along with any previous experience with ERP systems.
Positive Attitude.
Able to meet tight deadlines and follow up on commitments.
